I am still working on the Monster doily by Jan Stawasz i am on row 12 of 18
and as you all know they get longer as it goes but i hope to have it done for the New
York State fair i have to have it done by July to block it and have it submitted the first
week of August.

Love the colours - so bold and brave. You'll get it finished - I'm SURE you will.
You will get it done :) I am almost there I find if I put safety pins in at a reasonable pace of where I am going and where I begin, it goes faster and it satisfies me that I met my goal for the day and some days pass it!
This is beautiful and the colors will look good with a dark wood background too.
I am sure you will finish it by then
